This policy explains what personal information LiGo Solutions Limited collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and collect as little as we can.

What we collect, and why

Please don’t put confidential client material, or health or other sensitive details, in enquiry or booking notes. We don’t need them and don’t want to hold them.
Cookies
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t use third-party trackers, so there is no cookie banner.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: 12 months after we last replied.
- Bookings: 12 months after the booked date.
- Security and rate-limit records: 30 days.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host the site and send email. AWS processes information only on our instructions. Your data is stored in AWS’s Stockholm region, in Sweden.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email contact@ligosolutions.tech. We will reply within one month.
If you ask us to delete your information, we erase your bookings, enquiries and the records tied to your email address from our live system. We may need to check that the request really comes from you first. Copies held in routine backups are removed when those backups expire, within 30 days. We keep a note that an erasure took place, but not the address or name it concerned.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
